Running since 2008 at the Luxor Casino Hotel theater in Las Vegas, Criss Angel – BeLIEve brings together four characteristics to keep the audience’s interest: humor, talent, interaction with the audience and a lot of charisma. The title of the show includes the word BeLIEve, which means “Believe”, but inside this name there are three letters highlighted, forming the word “lie”. This mixture of reality and fiction is the key to the success of all his magic acts and the way Criss Angel presents them, with creativity and daring, has earned him the recent award of ”The magician of the century”. The show begins with a phone call from Criss Angel, who says he’s stuck at the top of the Luxor, the pinnacle of this pyramid-shaped hotel. To help entertain the audience, four artists are responsible for the humor. Among them is Maestro, a character who plays an aspiring magician and acts in a naturally funny way, making the show more relaxed.
