The Madame Tussauds Wax Museum is an internationally renowned attraction, in which renowned artists and personalities arerepresented through faithful copies made of wax dolls.

Who hasn’t wanted to see international celebrities from the world of music, TV, and cinema up close? Imagine all these great names from the past and the present in one place!

The Madame Tussauds wax museum in Las Vegas is located inside the resort hotel The Venetian and it’s a great opportunity to meet and take photos with all the celebrities you like. They are film stars, politicians, sports champions and big names in music who have been or still are successful.

Created more than 200 years ago, the museum maintains its original purpose of creating models identical to celebrities in general. Each doll takes around 800 hours to build and can cost up to 300,000 dollars. All this time and money is essential to ensure that the replicas are identical to their real models. The creation requires a long process, starting with the modeling and coloring of the wax, the insertion of eyes and hair and, in some cases, original clothes and dresses created by famous designers and costing around $20,000 dollars. This wealth of detail makes everyone impressed by the statues’ similarity.

Present in more than 15 cities around the world, this type of attraction is a success in many countries because it is a universal language that everyone knows.

In the USA alone there are four museums, located in New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC and Las Vegas. In Las Vegas, the museum has more than 100 celebrities distributed throughout the halls, which are always visited by the Brazilian public.

Visitors can and should interact with the statues. Touch the hands of the idol Elvis Presley and hear romantic phrases that have enchanted women for decades. Put on pink ears and lie in bed with Hugh Hefiner, the creator of the Playboy Bunny. Get up on stage with Celine Dion and sing one of her hits or try golfing with Tiger Woods and see what happens when you hit the hole in one. If you want a slightly more daring interaction, put your hand on Jennifer Lopez’s butt and watch the celebrity’s immediate reaction, turning red with embarrassment!

The museum has just welcomed 4 characters from the Marvel comics who have come to celebrate the complete restructuring of its facilities and the inauguration of the 4D cinema showing an unprecedented short film involving an adventure by the Marvel heroes. Spiderman, Hulk, Captain America and others will literally touch you in this 4D session, an incredible sensory experience that will move all your senses and surprise you.
