Stratosphere Las Vegas

Have you ever imagined being able to see the most illuminated place on the planet from above? Calm down! The proposal it’s not taking you into space, it’s almost like that! We’re talking about the Stratosphere Casino Hotel & Tower, which challenges the emotions of its guests by offering refinement and plenty of adventure within its 1,149 meters of height. Buckle up and take to the skies with us, straight to the tallest tower in the United States.

When we think about going somewhere high up, we immediately feel nervous and uncertain about whether or not to go, right? It’s worth noting that the Stratosphere is undoubtedly an adrenaline rush, but it’s very safe and an excellent place to visit with the whole family. That’s because one of the hotel’s proposals is fun. What guarantees this are the five most extreme rides in Vegas, which are right there, including the SkyJump, the highest official controlled high jump, recognized by the Guinness World Record. There’s also Insanity, which is a kind of “mechanical arm” that rotates at a 70-degree angle, X-Scream, which can be likened to a “giant seesaw” but 866 feet above the ground, and Big Shot, which is nothing less than a tower at the top of the Stratosphere that literally takes you up into the clouds.
Phew! Have you caught your breath?

High-level cuisine and nightclubs

Well, not everything inside the huge tower is so skin-deep; the best place for an unforgettable evening with a panoramic view are the bars on the heights. With 360-degree views of the breathtaking Las Vegas Strip, the space was voted the best place to see the city from 2010 to 2014 by the Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Among the options: Top of the World, an elegant restaurant with a refined atmosphere and a surprise: the place rotates 360 degrees every 80 minutes, so you don’t miss a corner of Vegas. Another distinguishing feature is the diversity of the wine list, which has won recognition from international media on the Wine Spectator and Santé websites.

For those looking for more excitement, the Level 107 Lounge, also located in the Stratosphere Tower, undoubtedly combines the beauty of the Vegas lights with an intense night, all packed with music from renowned DJs from the United States.

Our next suggestion is one floor up, at the Air Bar, considered one of the biggest bars on the Strip. Located on the 108th floor, it offers not only stars but also different cocktails for the most refined palates.

On dry land

Ok! It’s time to go downstairs and around the casino. The gaming space totals 80,000 square meters and includes 50 table games, 1,500 slot machines and a poker room with 15 tables.
If you feel hungry or want a drink, don’t worry. The resort also offers various dining options throughout the casino. For example, if you fancy a more elaborate drink in between games, don’t miss the C Bar, located right in the center of the gaming floor, where you’ll be surrounded by neon lights and lively music.

If you’re craving a good cut of meat, head straight to the McCall Heartland Grill, also on the casino floor. This steakhouse can undoubtedly satisfy your craving by getting the right spot for your hunger.

Straight out of Tuscany, lovers of authentic Italian pasta will be delighted at Fellini Ristorante. If the moment calls for a romantic touch, this is a good choice for two. Not surprisingly, the cantina was voted “Most Romantic Restaurant” by the Review-Journal, and ranked as one of the best Italian restaurants in the United States. The secret lies behind the pans, because the kitchen is run by Executive Chef Joseph Siano, who has 30 years’ experience in classic and contemporary recipes, having worked in various regions of Europe.

Transporting us straight to a vintage and fun atmosphere, you arrive at the Roxy Diner. The idea here is to take you on a trip down the time tunnel to the snack bars of the nostalgic 1950s. The whole atmosphere is themed, from the decor to the waitresses’ uniforms. The dishes include hamburger sandwiches and various shakes. The space is so cool that it has even thought about the hunger of the “clubbers” on duty, offering its customers a generous menu between 2 am and 7 am. The option served is a ham steak with eggs, fries and toast. Hummm! It’s mouth-watering, isn’t it?

And if you’re one of those people who doesn’t like to waste time, how about enjoying a drink and placing your bets at the same time? That’s where you’ll find the Race Sportsbook Bar, totally geared towards sports tournament bettors. Whether it’s a live race or video poker, no matter what your desire, this place will satisfy it.

Enjoying comfort and beauty…

Once again, the pool area is located on the eighth floor of the hotel. The advantage? Once again the view is fabulous. With a stone waterfall to complement the scenery, the aquatic space is a true oasis in the middle of the desert. It also has a hot tub, cabins for rent, a snack bar for drinks and snacks, all on its 67,000 square meter deck.

The hotel, located at the northern end of the Strip, still makes a point of offering generous rooms with contemporary decor. Divided into two 24-storey towers, it offers 2,444 suites with a choice of city or mountain views, at prices to suit all budgets.
Love is in the air…

For those of you who have always wanted to get married on high, your time has come. At 1,149 feet above the ground, your dream day can be blessed straight from heaven. From the most intimate ceremony to the grandest, Chapel in the Clouds will do it for you. If you’re a daring couple, this is a good chance to step out of the ordinary and make your vows official in a very unique and striking way.

Mark your calendars!

To complete your trip, of course you can’t miss at least one Vegas show, or maybe two!
On the cultural agenda of this hotel, the right proposal for those who like to relive the hits that marked the past decades in a super contemporary guise is the presentation of Frankie Moreno LIVE. This showman, as he’s called, has been compared to Frank Sinatra and even Dean Martin. Can you believe it? The show is made up of their own songs and three covers.

Still reliving the past, our second suggestion is the seductive musical PIN UP TM – The Art of Sexy. The show takes you back to the 1940s, 50s and 60s. As the protagonist of the steps, Californian ex-Playboy Claire Sinclair shows the reason for the success of her curves, oops! Or rather the show, RS! Jokes aside, the theatrical work uses a burlesque and swing theme, with singers and dancers who set the audience on fire in every act.
